my sister and i are taking her daughter in for a physical next week so she can participate in sports. she is 15 i think

Yes, they can determine whether you are pregnant or not. Urine tests can also determine if you have some sort of infection withing your bladder, or kidneys. You can also figure out if you have diabetes through a urine test. They may also check your urine to see if you have been taking any illegally drugs.
