  2. MSG is a biggie. It makes you want more, basically a really strong flavor enhancer that is very bad for you. Unfortunately, it is found in heaps of new packaged products such as potato chips, biscuits and confectionery.

    Has been known to cause pressure on the head, seizures, chest pains, headache, nausea, burning sensations, and tightness of face.

    SULPHUR DIOXIDE, labelled as (220) on the food packets, is harmful to most people. Eating little to too much can make you sick, give you a sore throat and make your stomach irritated. Try to stay away from it, but generally it should be okay once in a while.

    COLORS AND FLAVORS - the most popular poison in food products, food coloring creates hyperactivity, depression and mood swings if eaten in too large a quantity. Look out for these tags:

    POTASSIUM NITRATE, a rather poisonous poison which lowers the amount of oxygen carried in your blood cells. This can create problems with your Adrenal Gland. Try to stay away from this toxin, as labelled: (249) Potassium Nitrate is mostly found in canned meat products.

    BENZOIC ACID - A preservative in many cereals, low fat/sugar products and dairy foods, Benzoic acid is to be avoided - ESPECIALLY if you have asthma. (210)

  3. starch, salt, caffeine, sodium, aluminum, cholesterol, saturated fat, too many carbs. sugar, colorants. go green eat your veggies.

  4. Almost everything you buy has things in it that you shouldnt be eating.

    Just eat somewhat healthy and exercise and go outside frequently and you'll be fine.

  5. If you can't pronounce it properly then don't eat it. MSG and some of the other preservatives can be bad for you. Substitute sugars can also have a bad influence on your body. Fresh foods of any kind are much better for you. That goes for your fruits, vegetables and berries.
