What ingredients should I use for compost tea?

What ingredients should be used for the best optimal performance from compost tea? I'm talking about relatively cheap and available ingredients like blackstrap molasses that provide a wide range of nutrients for the microorganisms. I heard you can add kelp or even epsom salts (though I doubt how realistic that is). What are other alternative ingredients to use?
