Earthworms rely on their moist bodies for oxygen to diffuse into the blood circulating near the surface of their skin.  The reason that earthworms come to the surface when the ground is water saturated is because it needs the air circulating in the soil to diffuse enough oxygen into their blood

i believe the answere would be some earth worms like the night crawler. they have no lungs because they take the oxigen through their skin.

I cannot think of an insect with 5 'hearts' but many insects breath though the use of spiracles usually located on the sides of the body
