What insect is this!!?

Question

I have been getting a lot of the same kind of insects for a while in my house! I know there not flies and my house is very clean no cockroaches or anything! It has been very hot here too,they I say are sorta like nats, they dont bite,very small about the size of your fingernail.please help thanks to those who answer.

They are called sewer flies. They live in the pee-traps of your sinks. Just take some chlorine and pour it down your sink. Let it sit there for about an hour. And it will kill them.
