What insect (or animal) is famous for eating it's young?

I know a black widow or praying mantis is famous for eating their mate. I'm sure in certain situations many insects would, but...

Is there ONE in particular that has that reputation?

Insects are animals.

I don't have an answer for you. There are many reasons why an animal would eat its' young, but I have no idea which one is "famous". Sorry.
