  1. Life insurance yes - but I spent 17 years in the Mortgage Industry, and there were NEVER blood tests for Mortgage Insurance......NEVER...and still NEVER.


  2. They're screening to see if your on medications or drugs.  They're trying to minimize their risks from actually having to pay out.
