That's a deal that you have to work out with the companies that you write for.....more production equals higher commissions and profit sharing/contingency agreements.

Since there is NOT a "standard" agency contract, commissions are something you have to work out with your various carriers.  Can you stand a lesser commission if the company does all of the work?? That's something that YOU have to decide.

Does your State allow the charging of agent or broker fees?  That's something between YOU and the CONSUMER.
