What internet provider should i use?

i have DSL high speed and its been pretty slow i think because it takes me forever to get into xbox live games for cod4 and i lag a lot when the phone is in use.

DSL is pretty slow. Go broadband. My Internet speed is literally 20x faster than DSL for only $70 per month. You can also go T1 which is VERY fast, but it's costs over $100. Just inquire with your Local cable provider.

lol wow well buddy if ur gaming online u most def need broadband u can get WOW cable for cheap & its pretty good if ur not trynna pay a lot but if u dnt care def get one of the best like road runner

If you live in an area that has it "CableOne" ;-) and not just because I work for them...lol.  I use it, too.  We have a great many customers that wouldn't want anything else and they tell us so.  I have friends that use Cox cable in the larger cities and enjoy that, too.  It doesn't affect your phone at all.

You need a cable modem.  

There is nothing faster, short of a very expensive fiber based T-1 line

Use whatever cable company you have in your area. It is faster. I have cable and never have slow time. We use comcast but you most likely have a different one in your area. You can leave the computer on all the time and never have to log off or on. It's just a real time saver. Dial up sucks no matter who you have.
