  1. Brain Pop Jr. is a fun educational site.

    Here's the link: http://www.brainpopjr.com/

  2. THERE IS A WEBSITE CALLED STARFALL IT HAS EDUCATIONAL GAMES AND THERE IS ALWAYS DISNEY,NICK,BARBIE,CARTOON NETWORK,AND EVERYTHING GIRL I HOPE THIS HELPS U AND I GET BEST ANSWER

  3. The best education you can give a child is not a computer, it's hands on education.  Play w/them one on one, not just sit them in front of a computer or TV.  Children should be VERY limited on TV and computers till the age of 6.  If you need help, organizations like United Way can give a lot of good ideas, and show you where community events, to get away from the TV and outside, are happening.

  4. cbeebies website is good there's loads of things for them to do.

  5. www.sesameworkshop.org

  6. I have to agree with anther person who answered your question, Starfall is a great website for pre-readers. It has stories, songs, printouts, etc. There is lots you can do online there. Also, the Starlight Foundation's website is both educational and fun. It has games designed to help children with often debilitating diseases or conditions cope with the discomfort or anxiety caused by their illness (click on the second link and scroll down to see the programs). I like Quest for the Code. Edheads is a fun exploration site where you can explore the mechanics of simple machines of even perform virtual surgery (it's never too soon to get your little girl started on becoming a surgeon). Children's author Jan Brett's website is full of activities for young children. You can watch her tell a stories or play some interactive games. Of course, there are Nick Jr, PBS Kids, Sesame Street, Disney, Cartoon Network and Noggin, though they've already been mentioned several times here, and some are more suitable for older kids.

  15. I think providing computer facilities to just 4/5 years old child is harmful to her health especially it may damage her sight and back bone. It is better to avail her alternate education material for development of her mental and physical.
