In my experience I've always had the best with www.tripcentral.ca and www.belairtravel.com

And when I find the deals I'm interested in then I personally call the travel group and see if they can match or do better than the lower price. They usually do if it's for the same trip and you can request more regarding your trip than just booking directly online (eg. if you specifically want a certain room booked, etc). It's always better to finally deal with a travel agent in person.

For my last vacation, I found the deal I wanted, called the agent, requested a specific room that I had been booked in before, etc...it was placed on my request form for the resort and they did their best to accomodate. I wasn't disappointed.

If just directly booking online, they won't be able to match any price or request.

There are also these following sites besides tripcentral and belairtravel..........they all will match lower prices.
