What interstate highway should we drive?

We're driving from Indianapolis to Raleigh NC, What's the quickest

road to drive there on?

I  moved to NC from Indy and have taken every route I can think of to test how quick they are. All the routes are pretty similar time-wise, but I think this one is the quickest. Head west on I-40. Once you get to Winston-Salem, head north on US 52. Around Mt. Airy, you will take I 74 west which will merge with I 77 north. Take this all the way to Charleston, WV. From there, you'll take I 64 west all the way to Lexington, KY. From Lexington, take I 75 towards Cincinnati. As you near the city, get on I 275 to go around the west side of the city. Get on I 74 west to go all the way into Indy.

Like I said, there's all kinds of ways to get there, but this is definitely the route I recommend (after making it a bajillion times!).

Edit: Sorry this is from Raleigh to Indy. Turn my directions around!

Take 70 east to Hwy 77 South til you reach NC- then 52 to Winston Salem. Then 40 E. To Raleigh. Most direct way
