What is, and When is, the Heather Scarecrow Festival 2008 ?

I read that there is a Heather Scarecrow festival that is held usually late July in Heather, Leicestershire.

Can someone tell me more what the festival is about, when it will be held this year (2008) ? ... and is it really in Heather, Leics. ?

Heather Scarecrow Festival

Now in it's 10th year the annual Scarecrow Festival is being held in Heather. Programmes �1.50 will be available from The Corner Shop, both Pubs and St. John's Football Club where parking and refreshments are available.
