the square root of 1/8 (remember to power half is square root) something like 0.35. Its NOT 1/64 because that doesn't times itself to get 1/8

OR think 2\_1/8 to the power of 1 (works for all fraction powers)

btw the bit after the number 2 was my version of a square root sign

EDIT: I meant 64. But 1/8^2 is 1/64 anyway so you know the difference

n.b. if it had been 1/8^2/3

it woulld be the cube root of 1/8 squared

(cubed root1/8)^2
