ultrasound doppler shows flow of blood  boyh upperand lower limbs

   and it's taken 3 hours of time.

          colonoscopy shows the intestines inner wall.

Number one I'm not sure about. Two is when they put a camera in the shape of a tube up your bum and have a look at your colon or large intestine to see if everything's okay. It's not pleasant but usually you're under anesthetic and its not too bad. You have to fast for a while beforehand though.

Number one are you talking about Doppler Ultrasound??

-A Doppler ultrasound test uses reflected sound waves to evaluate blood as it flows through a blood vessel. It helps doctors evaluate blood flow through the major arteries and veins of the arms, legs, and neck. It can show blocked or reduced blood flow through narrowing in the major arteries of the neck that could cause a stroke. It also can reveal blood clots in leg veins (deep vein thrombosis, or DVT) that could break loose and block blood flow to the lungs (pulmonary embolism). See an illustration of a stroke and an embolus. During pregnancy, Doppler ultrasound may be used to look at blood flow in an unborn baby (fetus) to check the health of the fetus.

2) Colonscopy is just a little camera on the end of a flexiable wire that goes up in your a**s and around in your colon.  Its not too bad.  Prep sucks though you have you clean out your colon and theres a bit of fasting.  The test is a breeze though.
