Well, I suppose if you have a CEP, you could get an account with Banco do Brasil, or even skip that and open an account with Banco de Santander, as they have an agreement with Bank of America here in the States.

Try paypal. It's fast, cheap, and convenient. You'll get the money within seconds.

Western Union is pretty fast, easy, but pricey.

I do not know there is any cheap way for international money transfer. Maybe, PayPal? The easiest (and the fastest) way, i think, is Western Union.
