  1. 24p means that the tv has the ability to show movies in their original theatrical form using 24 frames per second.

As far as processor goes, it refers to the ability of the tv to produce more color. The higher the bit, the more that is capable. However, beware of tricky marketing by manufacturers. Just because a tv is listed as 10, 12 or 14 bit does not necessarily mean you will get that high of a bit rate. The processor must be able to output a high bit rate, but the panel must also be able to display it. Most manufacturers listing 12 or 14 bit have a capable processor, but not a capable panel. Sony has been using a 10 bit processor w/ a 10 bit panel last year and this year. Samsung did use it in this years models. This is one of the highest you will find.

The A650 you are refering to has both 24p and 10 bit processor. All in all, a pretty decent tv.
