    Parantheses - Exponents - Multiplication - Division - Addition - Subtraction.

Following the order shown above -

First you multiply: 2x7=14 and 9x5=45

after first step you have: 14+4-3+45

    Second you add: 14+4=18  &  3+45=48

after second step you have: 18-48

Third step to subtract which gives you your answer = -30
