What is 'Flaming"?

On internet message boards, Iv'e seen the term "flaming" used. What does this mean?

That is when you criticize people that are not "like" you.  If you are a g*y basher, or bigot or something like that.  We should all respect each other, black, white, g*y, straight, male or female.
