Anyway all of the bread in my life is from the bakery, generally wholemeal. Spiritual to me means little more than imaginary.

The Bible is the Word of God and therefore the Bible is 100% true.  The Word of God (the Bible) is the bread of life  :)

My "spiritual bread" is the Word of God--- the Bible. Written by men, inspired by God.

There is only one true Living God-- encompassed in 3 beings: Father, Son, Holy Spirit [just as we are 3 beings in one: body, mind, and soul]

Without the bread of the Bible, I would be lost for eternity!
