What is 4-h and how does it get you a horse?

You dont "get" a horse for doing 4-H! You either have your own horse or join 4-H without a horse. 4-H is where kids get to show and learn with their animals!

i love 4-h! i am in 4-h. it doesnt get u a horse but if u have a horse u can show in 4-h shows. 4-h is an organazation for boys and girls.

It doesn't get you a horse, you have to buy your own horse. but 4H is a service type organization wherein they teach you to be a more responsible person.

4H is a youth organzation, sort of like boy scouts or girl scouts, in which you can sign up for different projects (art, vegetables, fruit, crops, sewing, etc), make a project in that category, and enter it/them in the local county fair.  Animals are one category, being in 4H allows you to show an animal in the county fair.  If that animal does well at the county level, you move up to state level.  Animals 4H allows are horses, pigs, poultry, goats, llamas, cows, dogs, and cats.  4H does not get you a horse, if you already own one you can join and therefore enter it in the fair.  It is quite fun, i was in it, it teaches you to be responsible, and just generally a good person.

4-H won't get you a horse LOL but it is AWESOME!!!! I have been in it for years and love it...it teaches you sooo much...in the horse program you will learn stuff you never would have thought of!

You don't get a horse it is the four h's

you have to buyyour own horse it also teaches u responsiblity so look up info u may not like it!
