If you mean when two players each have a score of 40.. then that would mean Deuce. After a player scores on deuce, they get an Advantage point. One more point and they win the game.

If you meant in tennis, this is a duece. A duece is where both players have 40 points, and the next person to get two points in a row gets the game. If one person gets a point, they have an advantage, but if the opponents gets the next point, you are back down to 40-40; until someone gets two points in a row. This can go on for a while, or someone can crack under the pressure.
