  1. Take away five hours for EST>GMT. So 12am-10am.

    Pacific time, add three hours. So 1am-11am.

  2. It would be 7:00am - 5:00pm EST

    10pm to 8am PDT would be 1am to 11am EDT

    I live on the east coast and just got back from Yuma, AZ which is on GMT.  Trust me, EST is three hours ahead of GMT.  And PDT is also three hours, because it's Pacific Daylight Saving Time and Eastern Standard time.  But this never happens, so I'll assume you meant PDT/EDT.  That's a four hour difference.

  3. There is four hours difference between GMT and DST.

    We are in Daylight Savings Time right now, not EST.

    5:00 - 03:00 GMT is 1:00 - 11:00a.m. DST.

  4. GMT = greenwich mean time

    EST = eastern standard time

    PDT = pacific daylight time

    0500 - 1500 GMT = 0000 - 1000 EST  (midnight to 10 AM)

    ... which wouldn't be correct in most places on the eastern seaboard, as you're actually using EDT (daylight time)

    2200 - 0800 PDT = 0000 - 1000 EST (midnight to 10 am) ... again, the eastern seaboard is on EDT, meaning daylight time.

    EST = EDT - 1

  5. Not sure, but my guess is 2 p.m EST., that's if GMT is one hour behind EST.  Otherwise, elifino
