italians don't usually eat pasta as a main course. they would usually have pasta as a starter and then something with meat. say, osso bucco. it depends what region of italy though, as the cuisine varies so much.

for starters make something like italian wedding soup. For main course chicken parm, spahgetti and meatballs or chicken alfredo. For dessert the ever so popular tiramisu and strong coffee
