Adware or advertising-supported software is any software package which automatically plays, displays, or downloads advertisements to a computer after the software is installed on it or while the application is being used. Some types of adware are also spyware and can be classified as privacy-invasive software

When you visit websites, there are 'cookies' and 'files' that are automatically attached to your computer.  They sometimes monitor what and where you are going on the internet.  They will almost always slow your internet and computer also.

Clean our computer every other day of it's cookies/spyware/adware.

This is really envasive stuff.  Mostly harmless, but still you don't need it.

Adware is unwanted pop ups and can direct you to web sites you do not want to go to.
