What is Analysis?

I am doing my science fair (due in 31hours). And I am stuck..I have gotten all my data and stuff, I will write everything up soon, but what is analysis? Is it the same as conclusion? Or is it something different?

If anyone can explain and maybe give even an example, that would be great!

  1. It is basically a conclusion of your results and reasoning why you got the results you did.

  2. Sure! Analysis is one thing and conclusion is another though conclusion is the later or the final  part of the other. When we analyze things, surely we scrutinize it. We examine it closely and study it. Then we make the conclusion
