What is Area 58? Its in Elizabeth Arcade, Elizabeth St, Brisbane Australia.?

My friend told me that its like some place where for $15 you can take pics with your friends just like a photo booth only you can edit them and put stars, hearts etc. all over the photos digitally but I've recently been googling it and now I'm not so sure, I think it might be a few other things to, can some one tell me exactly what Area 58 is? I do know they have the photo stuff because she showed me all the pictures of her and her other friends.

i think its some gov thing in the us used for aliens but then again ive been wrong it might just be area 51
