What is BLOG+ how is it used?

So is this a homework question, or do you actually want to create one?

There are plenty of places to get a blog going, not just Yahoo 360... there are blogs on MySpace, Friendster, Blogger, BlogSpot, and StumbleUpon, and WordPress, and that's just off the top of my head.

Now since this IS the Yahoo 360 section, let me answer it in that context first. The advantage of having a 360 blog is that it seguays nicely with your Yahoo Answers profile, and any other Yahoo-related activies, like reviews, lists of your favorite books and movies, and of course a network of Yahoo friends.

The BEST way to create a blog though, if you're willing to do a little learning in the process, is to find some good open-source blog software (which is free) and set it up on a free web host. That gives you maximum flexibility when it comes to installing themes and add-in modules (widgets).
