I personally believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Beauty is atrributed to objects that please the senses and as you can see people's senses are pleased by a variety of things. So it makes sense to conclude that different people might not find the same person or thing beautiful. Scientists say that beauty is based on good looks which is based on symmetry but what makes symmetry good? Nothing, you cant prove it's goodness, because many art fans have derived pleasure from scattered paintings.In addition to that you cant even prove that an object is beautiful. It all depends on taste.

Beauty to me is someones personality, someone who is kind and generous, open minded and a sense of humour is what makes someone beautiful to me.
