well i live in the uk and theres a brand called "GOSH" which is sold only at superdrug... it is like MAC eyeliners, which are the best, they look exactly the same and come in all the same colours, except GOSH is £5 for an eyeliner and MAC is £13.  Im not sure if they have this in america. hope that helped xxxxxx

I prefer rimmel professional liquid eyeliner and kohl pencils. I've tried a lot of brands and these are the only ones I use, except for Maybelline unstoppable waterproof eyeliner in gray for the water and wet & wild colors because they're cheap and go on smooth (I wanted to be able to try a bunch of colors for cheap)

mark.'s On the Edge liquid liner ($5) is great. It comes in 5 great shades and stays put all day.

If you are looking for a pencil-type liner, try their Eyemarker ($5.50).

Lancome Le Stylo Waterproof is amazing.

If you want to try a cheaper brand I love NYC, from CVS or walgreens. Not bad for one dollar!!
