I am assured it is an Industrial Locomotive so, it is not "Gazelle once owned by Colonel Stephens.

  2. I think this one must be a contender. Named, 'Shannon', an 0-4-0WT, it was built in 1857 and weighs 15 tons (about half that of the average industrial 0-4-0ST) and has a tractive effort of 2754 lbs - about 1/5 of that of e.g. a Peckett 0-4-0ST which would average about 15,000 lbs.

  3. Would it be one bulit by Hawthawne & Peckett? I seem to remember there was one loco with 16" wheels, owned by the late, great Rev. Teddy Boston, that had a power rating of less than 10,000 lbs!
