A) He wants to pull out some troops and send them to Afghanistan and Iran.

B) The economy is much worse off than they are telling us. He doesn't want to leave a completely negative legacy.

C) He wants to difuse the advantage Obama gets from our disastrous war in Iraq, so McCain can try to build a campaign on other issues.

D) There is some economic advantage to be gained for those in Bush's crowd if we pull out some troops. For example, some Iraqis might set fire to oil drilling rigs as part of a civil war, so then certain companies would get lucrative contracts rebuilding them.

E) Other reasons - please be specific if you can.

F) All of the above

  3. F to answer your question and F as Bush's final grade at being President.

  4. E) He's trying to make McCain look less like him, when told Bush wants to stay in Iraq for 50 years he said "Make it a hundred....as long as Americans are not being injured or harmed or wounded or killed. "

  5. Mr. Shrub is probably trying to make a last ditch attempt at being a "good president".  To be able to leave office with a green check mark next to his name instead of the huge black one that is hovering over his head right now.  He is by far the worst thing that has happened to this country in a very very long time.  Make way for Obama - we need new blood in the White House.

  6. F...the spin doctors are at it again. Bush is doing whatever it takes to pave the way for 4 more years.
