The pay at almost all of the airlines depends mainly upon years of service for the airline.  The following chart shows how much you can make, broken down by flight position (captain/first office), equipment, and years of service.

Notice that, other than the first two years the pay rates are per flight hour.  Since they have a 65 hour per month guarantee, you can multiply the hourly number by 65 to see the minimum salary.  For example, a fourth year first officer on the B767 makes $99/hour which equates to $6435/month or $77,220/year.
