I know this person CHARLIE CHAO with address located at

7807 Javier Street, cor. Pasong Tamo, Makati Telephone number 893-20-81 to 82 .  This person is a con artist and scammer. His wife Miling is also a scammer and con artist.

This person use spell to scam and cheat people.

This person is a Chang Hu Ren , Mao San Ta Lau Chen.
