  1. Yehh Its A Competiotion Where The Jumps Get Hugher And Higher Until You Knock It Down Or Get A Refusal Or Fall Off XD

    Highest Wins...

We Also Do Stalk Me Stanley Where You Have a Spread That Gets Wider :D

    x x

  2. Basically a high jump for horses and is done normaly over just the one jump.  I competed in one at the weekend and it reached 4ft.  I have won one where we made it to 4'10" so you need to be as confident as your horse over the jumps.  If you get eliminated due to a refusal, its worth taking your horse into the practise ring and jumping something a ittle smaller again so you finish on a good note.

  3. I would love to try it too.

its when riders take a turn to jump over a jump which starts off small.

Then once everyone is round they put it up and up and up and up till ony one person is left and is the winner.

but if some horses refuse or knock down then there out

  4. What the first poster said. Its also often called "down and out"

ADD: Personally I don't like it, as it always ends on a bad note - ie a knock down or refusal. I think it's bad training for a horse and should only be entered on a extremely established horse, and even then I still don't like it! The horse learns that  refusing the fence is okay, as you don't get another chance and even taking him out into the practice ring and jumping that is just not the same. The horse will get confused, "why can I stop at that fence and get away with it but if I stop at any other fence I get told off?"

I don't like them at all, but that's just my opinion.

  5. its a gymkhana game  where the jump gets higher each time (there is no set rule on how much it goes up each time or what it starts or finishes at) if you get a refusal, knock a pole or maybe fall of (i am not sure about  falling off but i guess if you clear the jump they cannot eliminate you.) and the game keeps going until there is only one person left.

  6. yeah wot they sed basically!!

Its so fun! me and my friend won one of them! cause we play it sumtimes at our riding lesson!! its so fun! love it

  7. I loved doing chase me charlie when i was a bit younger and had my ponies.  a group of us would go into the school and set up one single jump, the jump would start small, we would each take it in turns to jump it, if clear the jump then went up in height. If you hit the fence or refused you were out, and so on, so eventually there would be one big jump(if you make it that far) and one horse left,
