What is China's government and polities?

Is the governmet democracy, communism or dictatorship and can you give me a proof.

The People's Rupublic of China is a Communist state.

(well not proper communist under the ideas of Marx and even Lenin, but it calls itself communist, so...)

It is not a dictatorship because its leaders are elected.

Well they claim to be Communist, but they are not a true communist state. They allow some religions, and communist states dont allow religion. Communism also is suppose to have a society where there is no class levels, but China has classes, such as the poor who work for lower than the minimum, and the Middle who work modestly, and the Rich who control the economy, so it is definately not communist in that way. They do trample on people's rights that we have over here in America, so i would say a combo of democracy, and dictatorship, even tho u cant have both.
