  1. September is the wettest month of the year.

The Caribbean coast can be nice and sunny in September, and the water clearer.

The Central Valley and Pacific coast will have a lot of rain, mostly in the afternoons, cloudy water.   If there's a "temporal" it may be raining in the morning and the afternoon for some days.

    Empty beaches on both coasts!

San jose averages 79 degrees F, both coasts will be at least five degrees higher.

  2. choclate milk sea and drift wood floatin around..Crappy!

  3. September is one of the last last rainy season months, so it kinda rains every day, but in the afternoon mostly, and other weeks or days it doesn't rain completeley. Heres a normal day in Sept = In the morning: Sunny; 12:00md: Sun get's stron but with a litte bit of clouds; 2:00pm : It get's really cloudy; 3:00pm : it starts raining; 5:30 and 6:00 : it gets dark, but rain stops (there's some sparkling sometimes).

  4. Get a hotel with a shower and a bed. When you visit Costa Rica you won't want to spend much time in the hotel. There is a Best Western in Que Pos that's on the beach and about $55 a night. Has everything you'll want.
