What is Croatia Like ... TO LIVE OR VISIT ?

I visited there as a tourist. Didn't think much of Zagreb but thought the southern coast was beautiful

I think it's beautiful to visit- have been there several times, seeing as my family all lives/is from there.

To live- it depends where.

You could be in let's say Zagreb, more of a bigger city, so you have the entire transit system, city-like atmosphere, just not as crazy and polluted as let's say Toronto.

Or you could live out in Karlovac on the country side - so you'd have a bit (half hour or so) of a drive if you wanted any major shopping like a furniture store, or even bigger groceries, basically living on a farm-ish area. That being said, it doesn't mean your only source of milk is from your own cow.
