It is made from the souls of 43 children.  That is why you feel a sort of refreshing, playful feeling when you drink it.  It also explains why you bang ugly chicks if you drink too much, because kids are always doing that c**p.

Like many specialty liqueurs, its formula is super secret.  It's a blend of 43 different ingredients (hence the name) among them are citrus and vanilla.  Other than that, it's probably just as guarded as Chartreuse.  

It's darn tasty with Sprite or added to a lemon drop or orange-tini.
