  1. D.O.M.S.O. is very hard to find. thats where D.M.S.O. comes from first..

DMSO ..it comes from bark of a tree, and it is used to take other meds to the area where swelling is or pain etc

No its not really a pain KILLER  as to say !!

IT HELPS other meds to do their job faster,,

It does help with arthritis REALLY well ..

Yes it is legal to use on the track

Yes it works well for many many things

But most people do not know how to use it properly

It should be put on first then used with what ever you want it to carry in

    Like a solvent ,,

then wraped with plastic ,& cotton then over that a bandage

It was used on people for many yrs Untill it lost it's fad because ,It has a strong after taste like garlic, yuck

and it goes instintly in the body !

    Yes it does work ,,

People have been known to even drink it !! for ulcers.

    Not full strengh ,,

    Its a miracale herb !

I use it on my back and on horse wounds , with other stuff .

    It works wonders

P.S IT will blister the skin is not put on correctly

so very little goes a long way

  2. DMSO, or dimethyl sulfoxide, was originally developed as a solvent for various industrial uses. It became accepted in both veterinary and human medicine after people began using it as a pain killer by itself, and as a means of getting other medicines into the body, as it is readily absorbed through the skin. DMSO is also unique in that it is one of the very few substances out there which can cross the blood-brain barrier, and because of this, it has been used to treat occlusive strokes with great success. It has also been used to help people who suffer traumatic brain injuries in accidents, because it reduces swelling and inflammation in brain tissue, and helps prevent the damage such swelling can cause.

The main use for this drug in animal medicine is as a carrying agent- it is used in wraps and sweats to carry pain relievers into the body. As far as I know, it is generally legal for theraputic use- but as the laws for this can vary widely, the best way to find out if it's legal where you are is to check with the racing commission in your state. DMSO does not produce a "high"- though it will leave you with a garlicky taste in your mouth, and garlic breath, because of the way it interacts with the body's chemistry. DMSO does work when used alone, but it's more effective when combined with other drugs.

    That help you??
