What is David Copperfield being accused of doing?

I keep hearing it on the news , but somehow I always miss the part that tells what he's in trouble for. If you know..please tell. Thanks. (I think since he's a magician this is ok in the paranormal section).

CNN just reported that he was being investigated for sexual misconduct that was supposed to have occured in Bermuda, I think, but the FBI is investigating it and nobody knows any of the details.  A search warrant was issued to search his propety in Las Vegas so there must be some subsance to the investigationl

He is accused of sexually assaulting a woman while in the Bahamas. Altough something dosen't hit me right. She waited until she was back in the States before she went to the police and the FBI. If it really happened then why didn't she report it to the police in the Bahamas. They would have done a rape test at the hospital that would prove whether or not  the incident happened.

thats why you dont watch CNN. Police havent said if its Copperfield or someone in his employ that they are investigating. if I had a dollar every time CNN jumped the gun or reported a story wrong I would be ready to retire.
