What is Decision Science?

I have a choice to minor in it, but I don't know what it is....enlighten me...and would it pair well with a business Economics degree?

Decision science appears to be the study of how to allocate scarce resources.  I would guess that it could pair well with business economics, but you might consider your ultimate goals = if you hope to join a body that makes policy decisions or recommendations about resource utilization, this might be useful;  if you hope be an accountant, maybe it wouldn't help much.
