What is Delta SkyMiles?

I called them and they always have some foreigner on the other line. I just wanna know what it does for you what do you benefit from it.

Delta SkyMiles is a Frequent Flyer Program of Delta Air ...

As you fly with Delta, you earn miles ... so the more you fly with Delta, the more miles you earn ...

then, as you reach a certain number of miles, you can exchange this for some services or things that Delta offers, like a free plane ticket, or an upgrade in class seat, or free overnight stay with hotels ... etc ...

you should only enrol here if you think you will be flying always with Delta ... else, you cannot reach the minimum number of miles to have anything that is on their program ...

and almost all airlines have this same program ... this is like an incentive for you to fly with them ...

The only thing I know is that they are a Frequent Flyer program that allows you to collect miles from Delta for free travel and you can get discounts at car rental companies (and collect miles there too). Dunno about whether or not they are outsourced. Lots of different nationalities work for airlines.
