What is Eels Diaseas? And how do you get it.?

It appears to be a serious condition which develops over time but there is no known cure...it is also known as Fitzitis or Livindapast Syndrome.  It stems from the belief that a strong junior presence and club history will provide you with a platform for the future.  Add to that the inability to scout and maintain player interest, and there really is no hope west of Sydney in the blue and gold.  The Rabbits nearly succumbed to something similar, but were saved by Dr Holmes a Court and Prof Crowe who provided the massive cash injection to prevent total disaster...perhaps.
