  2. This is the German version of the coding system for movies like PG, PG-13, R, NC-17. FSK stands for Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle or voluntary self control, the voluntary system of censoring movies in the country.

    So, people under 18 would not be permitted to see the film.  For Germany, this would be sexually explicit, but nor true 'p**n".
