My answer is this ... I understand that it is a scam where some weirdo changes his or her user name on YA and asks the same type of question over and over.  It is perpetuated by someone of Philippine origin or someone who has an interest in the Philippines who has nothing better to do with his/her time or any other interests in life.   Now that I have answered your question (again) I'd like to say hello!  You haven't asked this silly 'question' for a while now.  Have you been on vacation?  I suppose over the next week or so we will see it repeated with slightly different wording and under various assumed names.  You will also answer it yourself, I suppose.   Yawwwwwn.
