What is Fantasy Football, whats this dream team talk about ?

Please help me, Fantasy football, I know how too get too the webpage but that's it, what do i do, how does it work and most importantly what is it about ?

Ive got a super coach team on the Heard sun site, and   a dream team on the AFL site, you get a cap with you have to fit 30 players into, you have your starting 22, and then he have spares its good fun to do

It's a game type thing on Yahoo! where you can get together, make an account, make a team and yeah, thats basically it, but the tutorial type thing is tips, bets and stuff like that, you make a team, like say "the Yahooligans" do not say an AFL team, 2 days til the next game, hope you can get an account fast, youre talking about the AFL fantasy Football RIGHT ?
