there is no raw material FeCr since it is man made alloy. the ore used for this is standard iron ore, purified, and mixed with Chrome to make the stainless steel.

Ferrochrome is derived from Cr Ore (an oxide of chromium and iron), by carbothermic reduction operation at high temperatures.
