Foi Gras is a part of a duck (or was it goose?)

well they force feed the ducks untill bloated,

and just keep feeding them (they stick pipes or sumthing into them) then kill them for like a 1/2 index card sized thing

    that's y i'm vegetarian

  2. As a side note, it's produced using one of the most cruel and inhumane farming practices. "At just a few months old, ducks are confined inside dark sheds and force-fed enormous amounts of food several times a day. A farm worker grabs each duck and, one by one, thrusts a metal pipe down their throats so that a mixture of corn can be forced directly into their gullets. In just a matter of weeks, the ducks become grossly overweight and their livers expand up to 10 times their normal size."  "The pipes puncture many birds' throats, sometimes causing the animals to bleed to death. This cruel procedure causes the birds' livers to become diseased and swell to up to 10 times their normal size. Many birds become too sick to stand up. The birds who survive the force-feeding are killed, and their livers are sold for foie gras."

  3. It's an appetizer, a pate made from goose liver.

It's spelled foie gras.  Hope this helps.
