What is GEALC?how credible this organisation is?

recently offered a job and GEALC are asking a sum total of 3800usd towards visa cost .I wonder is it again another fraudulent organisation affecting innocent job-seekers?

It is really a scam! Me and my friends had tried it last year, They would ask you to pay through moneygram your visa processing fee, after that they would ask for more. They have lots of offices around the world... different countries. They seem to be really true but dont ever ever believe in them. They pretend as christians too who wants to help ambitious people.
